A Racket

     Marhaba! I am currently writing this while watching the Australian Open. The Australian Open, for those of you who don't know, is a major tournament in tennis. While I was watching this, it occurred to me that hitting a tennis ball would be really satisfying. I have so many things going on right now such as studying for the spelling bee at the district level, practicing for a piano test, and, of course, blogging. Maybe I need to take my own advice from my last post? So coming back to the spelling bee, I have a funny tale to tell. At my school, they put mine and the other winner's names up on the bulletin board to wish us luck for the district spelling bee. However, they misspelled the word 'congratulations'. I do really appreciate the thought though. It's great to be encouraged and cheered on at the district bee so I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Oliveira Elementary.
